Schneider Electric ATV320D15N4C Variable Speed Drive, Altivar Machine ATV320, 15kW, 380 to 500V, 3 Phases, Compact

The Altivar Machine ATV320 range offers variable speed drives designed for Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs). Its compact form factor allows for vertical stacking within machine frames. The drive operates at a rated power of up to 15 kW / 20 hp and a rated voltage of 380V to 500V AC.

With a robust design featuring IEC 60721-3-3 class 3C3 coated printed circuit boards, the ATV320 ensures extended machine availability in harsh environmental conditions, including ambient temperatures up to 60°C without the need for additional cooling. It includes essential functions for common applications, such as:

  • Torque and speed accuracy at very low speeds
  • High dynamic performance with sensorless flux vector control
  • Extended frequency range for high-speed motors
  • Parallel connection of motors and special drives using voltage/frequency ratio
  • Static speed accuracy and energy savings for open-loop synchronous motors

Mounting and Integration:

  • Mounting accessories and external options (e.g., braking resistors, line chokes, motor chokes, additional EMC filters) are available based on the drive rating.
  • The product is delivered in two packages and is designed for vertical mounting on a panel, featuring four fixing holes.
  • It is fully integrated into Schneider Electric’s EcoStruxure Machine through DTM, allowing configuration, control, and diagnosis of ATV320 drives directly in SoMachine and SoMove software using the same software brick (DTM).

The ATV320 is labeled Green Premium and complies with environmental protection directives such as RoHS and WEEE.
