Blue eagle aluminized clothing (heat protective clothing) offers excellent protection against radiant heat and molten metal splashes, and is suitable for use in steel mills, metal foundries, glass work, and other places with high level of radiant heat.

Our product is made by fiberglass and Kevlar along with coating Aluminized on outer layer of the product. The wearable part of the product that contact with our skin, we use 100% Kevlar material to made as a inner layer to wear and the most importantly Kevlar are heat-resistant and strong synthetic fiber that can stand for high temperature level, tear and cut resistant. Also Kevlar is a well-known component of personal armor such as ballistic vest or bulletproof vest protect for kinetic projectile.

(1) Best optical quality:

To provide users with the best possible vision and help them focus better on their task, Blue Eagle faceshields have passed the highest levels of optical tests (Class 1), including spherical refractive power, astigmatic refractive power, prismatic refractive power, and light diffusion.

(2) High-speed particle impact resistance at extremes of temperatures:

The faceshield is made using extrusion-grade polycarbonate (PC) with the highest specifications for mechanical strength, allowing it to withstand the impact of a 6 mm steel ball traveling at a speed of 120 m/s at extremes of temperatures.

(3) Superb IR protection:

Advanced technologies were employed to provide users with superb protection against IR.

(4) Enhanced IR reflection:

Enhanced IR reflection capabilities have been tested and certified to EU standard CE EN 166.

(5) Superb radiant heat resistance:

Our innovative physical vapour deposition technology ensures that our faceshields are capable of providing excellent protection against radiant heat. Anti-radiant heat capabilities have been tested to European Standard EN ISO 6942 method B using a radiant heat source of 20 kW/m², achieving the highest level of RHTI 24 > 95 s.

(6) Superb UV protection:

We used advanced technologies to provide the user with superb protection against UV while maintaining enhanced color recognition.
