LOCTITE® 680 is a high-strength methacrylate ester acrylic liquid designed for bonding cylindrical fittings where low viscosity products are required. This product is able to prevent loosening and leakage from shocks and vibrations. This product is also capable of providing strong adhesion. Works well on both active metals (such as mild steel) and passive metals (such as stainless steel and metal with plated surfaces).
- Low viscosity
- Strong adhesion
- High temperature resistance and oil resistance
- Able to dry in airtight metal crevices
- Complies with ANSI / NSF Standard 61 for use in commercial and residential drinking water systems not exceeding 82°C
- Has a good level of tolerance to oil contamination on the surface
