TEROSON VR 500 SPRAY GREASE 300ML

TEROSON VR 500 is an organophyllic, synthetic high quality grease based on super-refined mineral oils and devoid of metallic soap or fatty acid. TEROSON VR 500 exhibits the following characteristics:

Free of metallic soaps

Metallic soaps are not resistant against alkalis. Due to its good pH stability TEROSON VR 500 is resistant against soft alkalis and acids. TEROSON VR 500 is not corrosive.

Flow Behaviour

TEROSON VR 500 has a thixotropic flow behaviour. That means, the grease gets “more thin” and flows easier under kinetic energy. This reaction is reversible, so that the gel character is given immediately after ending the movement. The synthetic thickener of TEROSON VR 500 is stable, it cannot be extruded from lubricating interface areas by sudden shock loads and extreme pressures. This extends lubricant service life and reduces maintenance frequency.

Wash out resistant

TEROSON VR 500 is water-insoluble and has an excellent wash out resistance.

General-purpose versatility

Due to its characteristics mentioned above TEROSON VR 500 can be used for many purposes. TEROSON VR 500 is digestible with every metal and most of the O-Ring materials.
